These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the DockGuide website and platform (“DockGuide”, “the Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using DockGuide, you agree to comply with these Terms.
DockGuide is a subscription-based platform that provides delivery fleets and drivers with guidance relating to loading dock access procedures, including:
delivery entry gates
loading dock approach instructions
safety requirements
operational notes
hazard information
driver confirmation of site procedures
DockGuide is designed to assist drivers in preparing for deliveries before arriving at a site.
DockGuide does not control or manage delivery sites and is not responsible for site operations.
By accessing DockGuide, creating an account, or using the platform, you confirm that:
you are authorised to use the service on behalf of yourself or your organisation
you agree to these Terms of Use
you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use DockGuide.
To use certain features of DockGuide, you may be required to create an account.
Users agree to:
provide accurate information
maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
notify DockGuide of any unauthorised account access
Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account.
DockGuide may offer paid subscription plans for organisations or fleets.

drivers must always follow on-site signage and instructions from site personnel
DockGuide does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of site information.
Drivers must exercise their own judgement when operating vehicles.
DockGuide does not replace site-specific safety procedures.
Drivers and fleet operators must:
follow all local safety regulations
comply with site management instructions
operate vehicles safely and responsibly
DockGuide accepts no responsibility for incidents occurring at delivery sites.
Users may submit information to DockGuide, including:
dock updates
driver feedback
hazard notes
difficulty ratings
By submitting information, users grant DockGuide a licence to:
store
use
modify
display
such information within the platform.
Users must not submit information that:
is false or misleading
violates privacy or confidentiality
contains sensitive security information
DockGuide reserves the right to remove or modify submitted content.
Users must not:
misuse the platform
attempt to gain unauthorised system access
copy or redistribute DockGuide content for commercial purposes
upload harmful or malicious software
DockGuide may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All intellectual property associated with DockGuide, including:
software
databases
content
branding
remains the property of DockGuide.
Users are granted a limited licence to access the platform for operational use.
No part of DockGuide may be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DockGuide is not liable for:
inaccuracies in site information
delivery delays
vehicle damage
safety incidents
business losses arising from platform use
DockGuide is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
DockGuide may:
modify platform features
update information
suspend services for maintenance
We aim to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
DockGuide may suspend or terminate accounts where:
these Terms are violated
subscription payments are not made
the platform is misused
Users may cancel their account at any time.
DockGuide may update these Terms periodically.
Updated terms will be published on the website.
Continued use of DockGuide after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
