If your fleet delivers to the same 10–20 sites regularly and you already know those sites well, Fleet DIY gives you everything you need to get your drivers organised and prepared. If your fleet covers a wider range of sites or delivers to large shopping centres, hospitals or commercial precincts, Fleet Verified gives you authoritative information your drivers can rely on — without your team having to research and enter it themselves.
Verified listings are confirmed directly with the operations or facilities teams at each site — not crowdsourced from drivers. Every verified listing shows who approved it and when it was last reviewed. As more sites are verified, Fleet Verified members get access automatically at no extra cost.
We’re currently focused on shopping centres, hospitals and commercial precincts across the Hunter region and Newcastle. If there’s a specific site you need covered, Fleet Verified members can submit a priority listing request and we’ll work to get it verified.

No. Everything you enter in Fleet DIY stays private to your fleet. Only site-management-verified listings are shared across the platform.
Fleet DIY entries are based on your drivers’ knowledge of a site. They’re useful and practical — but they haven’t been confirmed with the site’s operations team. Verified listings have been checked and approved by the site itself, which means access codes, induction requirements and safety rules are authoritative.

You can enter any site in Australia using Fleet DIY. The verified database is currently focused on the Hunter and Newcastle region and expanding from there. Fleet Verified members can submit listing requests for sites outside the current coverage area.
Nothing — if you’re already subscribed. Founding member rates are locked in permanently for anyone who subscribes during the pilot phase. When pilot phase ends and prices increase for new subscribers, your rate stays exactly where it is. The only way to lose the founding member rate is to cancel your subscription.

No. DockGuide works in any browser on any phone, tablet or desktop. Drivers bookmark it or add it to their home screen — it opens like an app without needing the App Store or Google Play.

On the Fleet DIY plan you enter it yourself — it takes about ten minutes for a complete dock entry. On Fleet Verified you can submit a listing request and we’ll work to get it verified. Either way, you’re not stuck.
No. Everything you enter stays private to your fleet. Only site-management-verified listings are shared across the platform. Your drivers’ knowledge is yours.
