Stop guessing which way into the service station.

Your drivers get the fill point, the entry and exit, and the hazards before they leave the depot. Not a phone call from the forecourt.

The problem

You know the run. A service station your driver has never done, a tight forecourt, a fill point round the back or under a canopy that wasn’t built for a tanker. The directions are a pin on a map and a screenshot someone sent round the group chat.

In regional areas it’s worse. Nobody to ask, patchy coverage, and the next drop already waiting.

That information exists. It’s in your drivers’ heads. It just isn’t in one place, and it walks out the door when they do.

What your drivers get before they leave the yard

  • Where to park and which way in. Entry, exit, whether they need to reverse, and whether they’ll block the forecourt.
  • Where the fill points are. Location on site, photos, and which product goes where.
  • What to watch for. Canopy height, slope, overhead lines, tight turns, cones required.
  • Where the safety gear is. Spill kit, emergency stop and earthing point locations.
  • The practical stuff. Delivery hours, open or closed delivery, unattended delivery, mobile coverage, road access and the nearest rest or turnaround in regional areas.
  • Photos of the real site. Not a stock image of a pump.

How it works

  1. Join as a fleet. Your drivers get their own logged-in view.
  2. Submit your delivery sites. We load them onto the platform for you.
  3. Drivers check the site on their phone before they leave the depot, or print the site card for the cab.
  4. Keep it right. When something changes, update the listing.

Built by a driver

Dockguide started because a driver kept getting turned away at the wrong gate, and nobody owned the problem of getting drivers prepared before they arrived.

Fuel sites have the same problem. The fix is the same: put the answer in front of the driver before the drive, not after the mistake.

Dockguide is a guide, not a replacement for site induction, signage, your company procedures or your training. Always follow the site’s own instructions. Read the Safety Guidance Disclaimer.

Fewer calls to the depot. Fewer surprises at the fill point.
